Tipico Product
Single bets 35% faster, and bets placed inside 30 seconds up from 42% to 62%.

The problem
Tipico faced headwinds in the US market: users struggled to discover popular bets quickly and to build wagers efficiently, hurting engagement and retention.
What we did
We redesigned the app’s core flows around fast access to popular markets, curated picks, Quick Parlays, and rewards notifications. Usability testing, A/B tests, and user feedback shaped a cleaner path from browse to bet.
Lobby Page
The redesigned Lobby surfaces popular markets, curated picks, Quick Parlays, and a trending-bets rail, alongside active-reward notifications. Validated with usability testing, A/B tests, and user feedback, the redesign created a calmer path from browse to bet in a crowded US market.

Execution
Moved secondary destinations into a hamburger menu so the primary nav could slim down and the top of the app could breathe. Quick Parlays and trending bets moved up into the hierarchy, and rewards signals became glanceable instead of buried.

Betslip
Single-bet completion time dropped 35%, and the share of users placing a bet within 30 seconds rose from 42% to 62%. We saw 17% of users switch to multiple singles after starting a parlay — so we refined the flow, cutting drop-offs 22% and lifting repeat sessions 18%.

League Page
League pages drove a 45% jump in engagement and 18% more time-on-page. 32% of users now place bets directly from a league page, up from 14%, conversion is up 28%, and retention for league-page visitors rose 22%.

Game Page
The game screen was streamlined for clarity: simpler information hierarchy, cleaner navigation, and clearer primary betting options. Bet volume on the page held steady post-launch — no lift, but a more intuitive, readable experience.

Rapid Bets
Rapid Bets was rebuilt for speed: a simpler interface and a tighter flow cut average in-play bet time by 10%, letting users react faster to live events and lifting overall engagement with the feature.
